Collaboration project in RAC between Douglas Hospital and Cégep André-Laurendeau

On November 3rd, 2009, a first RAC information session took place at the Cégep André-Laurendeau, for the Douglas Hospital's employees. In fact, in view of the professional development of their personnel objective, the Hospital's Human Resources Department offers their office agents the opportunity to obtain an Office Work Coordination AEC. Many employees showed interest and a first group of 20 people will start their recognition of acquired competencies approach within the next few days. Already, the Cégep and the Hospital expect to renew their offer in order to support the updating of the administrative personnel's competencies.
